What is the booking process at Wild Petals?

We strive to make booking your florist and realising your floral dreams a breeze! Once you've reached out to us via email or our enquiry form, we'll schedule a 30-minute consultation to delve into your vision. Following our discussion, we'll provide an initial proposal along with a price guide fully tailored to you. To secure your booking, we require a £300 deposit and a signed events contract. After that we will be on hand throughout your wedding planning to discuss all things flowers!
When should I book my florist?

Please get in touch as soon as you have secured for your wedding date. Ideally at least 6-12 months in advance, this will give us time to work closely with you to capture your vision and ensure every detail is perfect for your wedding day!
Can I change my vision?

We understand that wedding plans can evolve and change over time. We are committed to making your day perfect so should there be any changes in your venue, colour scheme, or quantities we are more than happy to accommodate adjustments. Six weeks before your wedding date we'll arrange a final planning call to ensure your proposal still reflects your plans.
Do you have a minimum spend?

We do not currently have a minimum spend for our wedding flower services. During our consultations we are able to advise where best to allocate your budget and how we can reuse each floral element for you to enjoy all day. We believe your wedding day can involve as many or as little flowers as you need so please do get in touch if you're having a more intimate ceremony too.
How much should I spend on wedding flowers?

The cost of wedding flowers in the UK typically varies depending on factors such as the season, flower types, and the complexity of arrangements. On average, couples can expect to spend around 10-15% of their total wedding budget on flowers, however if feature florals are an important part of your day you may opt for a larger budget.
